G05 - Lateral Washing Machine for Printing Elements

This automated system cleans the surface of all the equipment used during printing (buckets, squeegees, ink tanks, gaskets, cylinders, etc.). The unit can clean up any type of ink (water based, solvent based, Electron Beam, etc.) varnishes, adhesives, etc.

The cleaning process is quick, simple, fully automatic and leaves the equipment completely dry and ready for use.

Using a PLC and Siemens touch screen, the operator can quickly and easily configure the cleaning intensities and display the machine status at any moment (time to completion of cycle, list of current or past alarms, etc.). With the help of illuminated pushbuttons and the appropriate security systems, the operation of the unit is simplified while complying with the international standards.

Thanks to the internal circuit of pipes, high pressure diffusers and horizontal movement of the car, we can achieve optimum results with a uniform cleaning, deeply and effectively accessing all parts of the tools. The cleaning unit also has a deposit system, valves and a pressure pump allow for recirculation and reuse of solvent during cleaning cycles, providing considerable savings in raw materials.
